Radiance Gentle Yoga
We invite you to join us every Wednesday at 9:30 am.
Gentle yoga is for those who want to rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit. This class is great for newbies and moves at a slower pace to focus on stretching, balance, stability, deep breathing, meditation and stress relief. Straps, blocks and pillows are sometimes used as props for restorative poses and safe practice. For those with medical conditions, always consult with your physician before beginning any yoga practice. If you have knee, leg, shoulder or hip issues you may consider restorative yoga or a private session to work on a individual customized session.
